Descripción
We meet 20min before the deparute at Amazing Trip Office where we control the group and also checking we have all we need, (water, sun glases, windjacket, camera, some cash).
our Chiva will pick us up and first we do a City Tour to learn a bit about Banos, important places, history, then we continue driving on the way to Runtun.
First we take the highway for 10min then we will drive on a secondary road up the hill from where we have stunning views of the whole landscape.
Our main target is the Treehouse and the Swing at the end of the World, in about 45min we reach the parking place 40mt away from the entrance.
First we visit the Treehouse taking pictures and we get ready for the Swing sometimes the people start to think twice being there but don't be afraid it is very save to do it.
After the Swing we also have more places to visit such as The Hands of the Pachamama and The Elve's Path, close to the Treehouse we also find the Ecuador's highest Swing called Fantasias de Volar.
from here we can have great views of Banos city.
Itinerario
Meeting
We meet at Amazing Tirp Office 20min before the programed departure, here we register and join the Group.
City Tour
We begin our trip with a City Tour, learning about Banos history and attractions.
Banos - Treehouse
After our City Tour we drive the way to Runtun Community, which is close to the Treehouse.
Treehouse & Swing
We reach the parking place 30mt away from the entrance, where we pay $2 fee
Swing Activity
We visit the Treehhouse and take place for doing the Swing as well.
Attractions
Near the Treehouse we find some nice places as well, The Pachamama Hands, Elves path, Fantasias de Volar.
Return
We visit the different places do some activities and drive back to Banos City.

Treehouse History !
The Treehouse has its own history since the 90's when the Tungurahua Volcano startedd to erupt, on those days there wasn't any good technology to help to monitoring the Vulcano, so the best way to inform about the Tungurahua Activity was watching it in real time.
One of those days the Tungurahua erupted wildely and the whole town had to be evacuated
as the Vulcano started to quite again the Banos people decided to return and live with an very active Vulcano above the City, and the treehouse became the best place to watch the small eruptions.
