Amazing Trip
The Chimborazo Faunistic Reserve was created on October 26, 1987. It is located in the provinces of Chimborazo, Bolívar and Tungurahua, with an area of 58560 hectares. Its altitude varies from 3800 to 6310 meters above sea level, which corresponds to the height of the summit of the snow-capped Chimborazo. It has a cold Andean climate with temperatures ranging from 0° to 10° .
With an altitude of 6,310 m.a.s.l. it is the highest snow-capped mountain in the world measured from the center of the Earth. History tells us that the last eruption of this volcano was more than 10,000 years ago. Chimborazo is ideal for adventure sports such as mountaineering, mountain biking, rock climbing, hiking, also has 2 shelters where mountaineers can perform the acclimatization process prior to the ascent to the summit.

Tour to Chimborazo volcano from Banos, around 2:30hrs away from Banos we find this giant being the heighst mountain Ecuador's and one of the highest worldwide.
Lo realizamos a 45 min de baños en la cascada cashaurco vía al puyo en donde nuestro guía especializado les brindara indicaciones y técnicas sobre la actividad entre ellas el correcto uso de la cuerda, caminar hacia atrás, realizar saltos, y mantener el equilibrio nos equipamos con un traje especial para el agua estamos listos para disfrutar de la aventura.

Baños - Chimborazo
Cuando estemos listos empezamos nuestro viaje desde Baños hasta la Reserva Chimborazo.
Reserva Chimborazo
Alcanzamos el primer Refugio 4800mt en carro, caminata hasta 5100mt Laguna Condorcocha.
Descenso
Despues de visitar Condorcocha, nos dirigimos al refugio Whymper, donde descansamos un momento para continuar nuestro descenso.
Descenso Bicicleta
Desde los 4800mt podemos usar bicicleta hasta el Ingreso del Chimborazo.
Retorno
Cuando hayamos realizado todas nuestras actividades empezamos nuestro retorno a Baños de Agua Santa.

El Chimborazo The Chimborazo Fauna Production Reserve (RPFCH) is located between the cantons of Guano, Riobamba, Guaranda and Ambato, belonging to the provinces of Chimborazo, Bolívar and Tungurahua. It covers 58,560 ha and includes the moorlands surrounding the imposing Chimborazo volcano (6,310 masl), considered Ecuador's highest mountain, and its neighbor, Carihuairazo (5,020 masl). The thaws from these elevations feed the upper basin of the Pastaza River, a tributary of the Amazon.
